2024 Summer Kickoff Giveaway Rules

 

ELIGIBILITY:

This giveaway is open to all clients of Bubble Bot who are legal residents of South Carolina and are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Party must be held within 40 miles of the city limits of Pickens, SC. Employees, officers, and directors of Bubble Bot and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

PRIZE DETAILS:

First Prize: One (1) winner will receive a free service from Bubble Bot.

Second Prize: Multiple winners will receive $150 off of a 2024 service from Bubble Bot.

Third Prize: Multiple winners will receive $50 off of a 2024 service from Bubble Bot.

 

ENTRY PERIOD:

The giveaway entry period begins on 5/17/2024 and ends on 5/31/2024. Entries submitted after the specified deadline will not be eligible for consideration.

 

WINNER SELECTION:

Winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted by Bubble Bot within seven (7) days after the end of the entry period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

NOTIFICATION:

The First Prize winner will be notified via email or phone within three (3) days after the drawing. Second and Third Prize Winners will be contacted via email or phone within seven (7) days after the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

PRIZE CLAIM:

To claim a prize, winners must follow the instructions provided in the notification and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release within a specified time period.

 

TAXES:

Winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes related to the receipt of the prize. Consult a tax professional for guidance on tax implications.

 

PUBLICITY:

By accepting a prize, winners grant Bubble Bot the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

MARKETING OPT-IN:

By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Bubble Bot. Entrants can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communications.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Bubble Bot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway in the event that it becomes incapable of running as planned due to any reason beyond the control of Bubble Bot. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Bubble Bot, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

 

GOVERNING LAW:

This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any disputes arising out of or related to the giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Bubble Bot, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the giveaway or receipt of any prize.
